Whether your aesthetic is more modern coastal, city savvy, or mountain chic, we work with your vision to create extraordinary settings and coordinate all the details to make your special occasion one to be remembered.

PLANNING

  • We provide in-person Consultations and follow up conversations via phone, email and in-person meetings throughout the process. We check-in weekly to communicate progress, details and provide continued event support.

  • We customize a unique budget plan for each and every event. No two events are the same, nor are their budgets. We spend time designing the perfect plan for you and continue to monitor the progress throughout.

  • We enjoy working closely to gain a better understanding of our client’s vision and work tirelessly to make it a reality. Design presentations are our way of communicating the details, but leave it to us to bring in the event wow!

  • If you love food as much as we do, you understand why taste is so much a part of the overall guest experience. We work side by side with the catering team to continue bringing the details to the table setting (and seating), menus (food and drink), linens, cutlery, dishes, drinkware, chargers and every bit and piece of the yum.

  • Assistance with finding a venue for the ceremony and/or the reception. Working directly with the Venue teams to coordinate all the event details for your special day.

  • We provide assistance with choosing the team of vendors based on each client’s individual taste, style and budget. With over two decades in the event industry we have build a community of like minded vendors to help facilitate your event. Working closely with this team of vendors, thru continual conversations, meetings, walk-thrus and ongoing communication thru your event day, this heavy load is orchestrated by our awesome event team!

  • Leave it to us to create a curated timeline, impeccable floor plan and vendor day of production schedule for our vendors. We are the guest liaisons, transportation coordinators and client go to’s throughout the day as we setup, plan every moment and clean up post event all the remaining confetti on the floor.

  • It all starts with our team asking the right questions upon our initial meetings to create a concept. We work closely with you to develop the ideas to move ahead in creating your unique event.

  • Our team of designers and crafters will work together and beyond with a team of exceptional vendors to bring our concepts to life!

  • All the right software and tools to create Venue Floorplans, Tenting Plans, Space Renderings and Production Elevation.

  • Tablescapes, table settings, linens, chairs, rentals and stunning floral centerpiece and design begins with our design presentation. We then will bring in the right vendors to bring the concepts to life!

Process

WITH YOU every step OF THE WAY

  • Meet in person and get to know you! We can meet at your favorite neighborhood coffee shop or local restaurant. We chat, I get to know you, what makes you tick, and help you navigate the course of planning your special day.

  • Think of this as a framework. I help you create an overall budget helping you decide the percentage allocated to each area of the event; florist, caterer, rentals, lighting, band, etc. Here you will you get a sense of percentage of overall budget distribution.

  • Based on The Consultation and The Foundation, I create a custom event design presentation, categorizing each element of the event and ideas and inspiration to bring the event to life!

  • Leave it to us to present and choose the right vendors based on the Foundation and Design confirmation. We give our clients several options of vendors in each category to choose from at varied price points and share the proposals directly with you to look over and sign contracts directly with each vendor. We facilitate it all and make it easy all along the way.

  • Now we have the design in place, the vendors booked and the plan in place! Time for the floorplan, timelines and production schedule to be presented. We always have our finger on the pulse. We know the inside out of the event and work with both vendors and venue to create the ultimate party destination thru careful curation and detailed execution.

  • From setup to breakdown I am there to oversee every element I planned and designed. Every little detail carefully constructed while being onsite to make sure there is the highest standard only for my clients. Event Concierge. The go to for my client, my staff and all the vendors throughout the event from start to finish (I am onsite the entire time). I don’t miss a beat. I will pull out all the stops-since I know every detail- I do not leave any rock unturned.

Your Investment

Our total service fee is 15% of the overall event cost.

Initial Meeting

Based on the details we discuss at our initial meeting, we will share general vendor pricing estimates and breakdowns for your event.
