Groom’s family was coming all the way from Australia and they were desperate to postpone during the pandemic.
Tim + Kristen had been waiting for their wedding day by the ocean in Newport, Rhode Island- but as it was still a bit away and our world was turned upside down in the height of the pandemic. They knew they had to pivot to get Tim’s family here from Australia. Planes weren’t flying out of the country and the unknown was still ahead of them. That’s when the bride’s sister reached out to us in desperation! She was trying to figure out how to help her sister and fiancé during this unprecedented time. She hired our team to work with the venue and the large vendor team to not only postpone a year away to a date where everyone could be available (and at no extra cost), but so that their day could be celebrated by both families together! So we spent the few weeks coordinating the postponement, details and working on the next steps. One year later they tied the knot- this beautiful day was a celebration of the couple and Tim’s family was right by their side. Bottoms up (“cheers” in Australia) to this beautiful couple!
